ISP Long Distance Traveler BOGO for CanWISP members and ISP Operators
This general admission ticket is available to current CanWISP members and ISPs located more than 750 km from the conference site. To support long-distance travel and participation, this ticket includes a Buy One, Get One Free registration for a second attendee from the same organization.
Eligibility is based on member address and may be verified. Both attendees must be registered at the time of purchase.
Remote ISP Travel Support Conference Pass
CanWISP recognizes that some Internet Service Providers and network operators face extraordinary travel costs due to operating in remote or hard-to-access regions. To help ensure broad and equitable participation, CanWISP may offer a complimentary full conference pass to eligible ISP/operators where travel costs present a significant barrier to attendance.
This program is intended to support operators, Indigenous and community-based networks serving remote communities.
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and
require approval from the CanWISP Board. To inquire or apply, please contact:

Conference attendees may still be able to reserve rooms under the CanWISP group block depending on hotel availability. The hotel will continue to honor the group rate for any remaining rooms where possible. Guests wishing to make a reservation should call the hotel directly at 905-470-8500 or contact the reservations team by email reservations@markhamsuites.com and provide a credit card to guarantee the booking. Availability is limited and subject to the hotel’s remaining inventory.
