The 2021 annual meeting of Canadian Association of Wireless Internet Service Providers / Association Canadienne des Fournisseurs Internet Sans Fil (“CanWISP” or the “Corporation”) will take place online on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 11:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time.

The annual meeting is open to all Class A Members of CanWISP and their representatives. However, only the designated member representatives (“DMRs”) of those Class A Members of the Corporation as of May 22, 2021, or their proxyholders, have a legal right to attend, engage in discussions and vote at the formal part of the meeting.
